Teens took in an addendum 230 calories, 5 grams saturated roly-poly and 484 mg sodium on pizza days.

The findings were reported online Jan 19, 2015 and in the February cut issue of the journal Pediatrics. "There were no differences in consequences on calories and nutrients between whether youths ate pizza from stores or from self-indulgently food, suggesting that efforts to improve the nutritional content of pizza should include pizza from all sources". The only take pizza did not increase kids' daily caloric intake were days they ate it from the imbue with cafeteria.

That could mean school pizzas are healthier, or it could mean other school lunches are equally stiff in calories. Connie Diekman is director of university nutrition at Washington University in St Louis. But again eating pizza at adherents may lead children to think of fast-food pizzas as a regular meal rather than a treat, a pattern that could carry over into adulthood. "There's often a world of difference between doing what's right and doing what's easy skin care. By favouritism on pizza because we can, we're normalizing a culture of convenience that isn't in our children's or their health's best interest".
